Bring-Your-Own-Case

For over 15 years, ACCR and the Public Defender Association of Pennsylvania have hosted an annual bring-your-own-case training for defense teams with active death penalty cases in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

The conference includes lectures taught by nationally recognized death penalty lawyers, mental health professionals, and mitigation specialists, as well as opportunities for attendees to workshop their cases with the faculty. Participants receive capital CLE credits, which are necessary for 801 certification.
